Our warranty promise
We stand behind every kitchen. Our limited workmanship warranty covers defects in our application and installation on completed projects.

Cabinet finishing & painting
Covers peeling, blistering, flaking, chipping, or coating separation from properly prepared cabinet surfaces for 2 years from project completion.
2 Years
Cabinet installation
Covers workmanship on cabinet installation, including securing, leveling, and alignment, for 2 years from project completion.
Manufacturer
Products & hardware
Cabinets, doors, hinges, slides, and finishes carry their own manufacturer warranties, which we register and pass through to you.
What coverage includes
- Inspect the affected area to determine the cause of the issue
- Repair workmanship defects in finishing or installation we performed
- Provide the labor and materials needed to complete the repair
- Re-prepare and refinish or re-set the specific area where the defect occurred
What it does not cover
- Normal wear, denting, scratching, or damage from daily use, moisture, or impact
- Damage from water leaks, plumbing, flooding, storms, or other acts of God
- Customer-supplied materials or work performed against our recommendation
- Product defects covered separately by the manufacturer warranty
- Color change or natural variation in wood and finishes over time
- Work altered, refinished, or repaired by another party after our project
How to file a claim

We schedule an inspection
We schedule an on-site inspection within 14 business days. Have your original contract or invoice handy.
We determine coverage
We inspect the area to determine whether the issue was caused by our workmanship, and explain our findings clearly and honestly.
We fix it at no cost
If the inspection confirms a workmanship defect, we complete the repair at no additional cost, to the same standard as the original project.
Our satisfaction guarantee
Beyond this workmanship warranty, we conduct a final walk-through with you before any project is considered complete. If anything does not meet your expectations, cosmetic concerns, touch-ups, missed spots, or alignment, we address it on-site or within 48 hours at no additional charge. We are not finished until you are satisfied.
This limited workmanship warranty is provided by Westchase Painting Company LLC (operating as Tampa Kitchen Cabinets) and is the sole and exclusive warranty for workmanship, in lieu of all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law. Liability is limited to repair of the specific area where the workmanship defect occurred and shall not exceed the original contract price. Product defects are covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty. This warranty applies to the original customer and is not transferable unless agreed in writing. Per Chapter 558, Florida Statutes, construction-defect claims are subject to the notice and cure provisions of that chapter. Warranty terms shown are a default and should be confirmed against your signed contract.
