Design, color & finish
About 1 weekWe help you lock in door style, color, sheen, and hardware, with samples you can see in your own kitchen light. For refacing and custom work, we confirm materials and layout before anything is ordered.
- Door style & material selection
- On-cabinet color and finish samples
- Hardware and storage options
Prep & protection
Day 1Prep is where most cabinet jobs fail. We remove and label every door and drawer, clean and degrease, sand for adhesion, and protect your floors, counters, and appliances before any finish goes on. For installs, we remove the old cabinets cleanly.
- Doors and drawers labeled and removed
- TSP degrease, sand, and tack
- Floors, counters, and appliances protected
Prime, build & base coats
Day 1-3Every surface gets a proper bonding primer. Painted cabinets are sprayed in a controlled setup for a factory-smooth base. For custom and installation projects, boxes are fabricated, assembled, and prepped to set.
- Cabinet-grade bonding primer
- Sprayed, not brushed
- Custom boxes built to spec
Finish coats & installation
Day 2-5Painted cabinets receive multiple sprayed finish coats with light sanding between for a glass-smooth result. New and custom cabinetry is set, leveled, scribed to the walls, and secured, with crown molding and hardware installed.
- Multiple sprayed finish coats
- Level, scribed, and secured installs
- Crown molding and soft-close hardware
Quality inspection
Final dayBefore we tell you the job is done, John (our Director of Field Operations) does a full walk of the kitchen, flashlight in hand. If he spots a thin spot, a drip, or a door out of alignment, the crew fixes it before you ever see it.
- Owner / foreman walk-through
- Punch list addressed same day
- Doors and drawers adjusted
Final walk-through & warranty
